Sunday lunch, not really busy, arrived 1.30pm, just the wife and I. Great venue but it took 50 minutes for our mains to come - not complicated meals, just a simple steak sandwich and lamb shank. The steak was very good but between two slabs of thick dry bread, with only two slices of tomato, lettuce and a sprinkle of finely chopped onion + chips. The lamb shank was OK, but nothing to write home about. The time taken for two very ordinary mains was not good.
