Restaurant Amusé is the product of husband and wife team, Carolynne and Hadleigh Troy. The restaurant opened in August 2007. In February 2008 the restaurant was awarded 'Best New Restaurant' by the Restaurant and Catering Industry Association. The second stage of the restaurant opened in April 2008 encompassing a pre-dinner lounge, private dining room for up to twelve guests and a cellar for the restaurants growing wine collection.
