We decided to try Wild Fish because we had always enjoyed the fresh fish and chips from the old building and found the service and the food really good. We have just made a booking to bring some friends and we are looking forward to another enjoyable evening. Daylight saving will mean we get to enjoy the fabulous view as an extra bonus. Very reasonable prices for the quality provided

The plan was to have take away fish and chips for lunch but with a wind chill factor of about minus 10 C I was dragged somewhat reluctantly into the restaurant as I was in thongs and shorts. Initially I felt very under dressed but the waitress took pity on me, patted me on the shoulder and said "relax". So I did. The very resonably priced beer and the excellant house white (The herbivore) helped as well. The food was superb. My daughter still raves about her champagne chicken, the battered flathead was perfect. Great value for money!Highly recommended!Great ambience! Great veiw and service!

I've heard some of the local people say that 'wildfish' is a bit pricey, but I think that's just a perception because the decor and location are upmarket. I found a main meal to be less than a steak at the local Country Club and even less in price than one of the local pubs. But the food is exceptional and the quality and creativity is refreshing. I had the warm duck salad...simply delicious...and at much the same price as I'd pay for a main meal at the Toora Pub. Maybe more people just need to go in and try it for themselves.
