Saffs Cafe is the absolute best cafe in Castlemaine, and this is coming from a local grade six and about twenty of her school friends. My friends and i always go there, usually for morning tea, and one of my closer friends had her 12th birthday party there this year. Saffs is the coolest place around, and all twenty-one of us give it the thumbs-up.
