An idyllic location, spacious and inviting ambience - but no chance to try the fare! With our four young children we were turned away recently on a not very busy Monday lunchtime. Strangely, we were informed that the chef had gone home sick although the man ahead of us was offered a table and full hot menu. This was after a very difficult time negotiating a double pushchair over steps near the bridge and through an unusually narrow front door. Conclude not family friendly and would query claims to disabled access.
