Salix restaurant perched over the spectacular, & ever changing vines, boasts all the Peninsula has to offer. In spacious & comfortable surrounds,  Salix restaurant is open everyday year round, for lunch, & Friday & Saturday evenings for dinner. Our menu is a la carte; our focus is on sourcing premium local, organic & free range (when possible) produce from farms & orchards.
