On the ground floor The Swallows has a wonderful old pub bar and 50 seat dining area. Our wine list features over 400 different wines. It has been judged to be the best Pub Restaurant wine list in Australia. The menu is frequently changing and there are daily specials. Our chef sources the best raw materials available and our philosophy is to handle them simply. Our steaks are legendary! The Swallows staff, ably led by Andrew, is young, friendly, professional and keen to assist in any possible way.
