After reading the Good Food Guide review I ventured down to see what the fuss was about. The service was amazing - surely one of the few places left where the staff are friendly, warm, professional and knowledgeable. The menu and food was inspired. I had house made, fish and leek pie with potato puree and tomato and saffron sauce and my husband had slow cooked pork belly with fennel relish, apple and frisee salad. Neither disappointed. We'll be back to try more of the menu (which has a full change every season and dinner menu changes weekly). The environment was relaxed and prices affordable.

Food fantastic, service was A1! Had the mushroom lasagna, best in the world, fab home made pasta and what they did with the mushrooms... I don't know!! but fabbo!! Highly recommended!
