Whilst taking its inspiration from recipes dating back hundreds of years, the menu at Vue de monde has evolved to encompass a modern interpretation.
The ‘Menu Gourmand’ sees a vast array of dishes available on any given day and through communication with the table the waiter creates a tailored dining experience specific to each party.
