In 2005, owner and director Mr. Peter Sibly and his family returned to Adelaide, bringing with him two qualified and experienced Sushi Chefs. The goal to open a Japanese restaurant that provides authentic contemporary Japanese Cuisine and the finest, freshest and tastiest sushi dishes available, in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. Simply Sushi Restaurant is the result, which opened June 19th. 2006.
