Housed in the Bridgewater Mill building is the award-winning, fine
dining Petaluma Restaurant. The restaurant is open for lunch from
midday Thursday through to Monday. Chef Le Tu Thai is one of Australia's most respected chefs. His contemporary Australian cuisine is based on a fusion of his Chinese ancestry and his  passion for classic French cooking.
