cafe valetta is a welcome relief for toowoomba. the food was oustanding. it was fresh and simple. that chef really knows how to cook. Service was a bit ordinary was cold and unfriendly and thee staff had no knowlage about the menu. couldn't even pronounce names of the dishes. although service was bad they still made a very good coffee. overall it is a beautiful cafe that serves the best food in toowoomba i give i 4 out of 5 stars
