In her fifteen years in Brisbane, Timmy has developed a strong following and her fans have followed her from restaurant to restaurant. "I took a big step coming here from Sydney where I started my career," she says. "Brisbane was a small ocean then." But like Timmy Kemps' horizons, the ocean has expanded.
