I've eaten here a few times now and I aways arrive with very high expectations and I have not been let down yet. The food is always cooked to perfection, the service always attentive. Aria keeps things simple, I've heard Matt Moran (Aria head chef) say it's all about the quality of the produce and I do believe when eating at Aria you are getting the best produce Australia has to offer. I highly recommend this restaurant.
