CantinaS utilises the immense talents of husband and wife team Irene and Ronald Szeto, owners of what was ABC Noodles based in Glebe. This is harmonized by the proprietor's vision for a Spanish style communal kitchen which is based around the simple philosophy of providing great food, great wine and most importantly facilitating great conversation. The style of the furnishings reflects this philosophy. Inspiration has been taken from Spanish artists Miro and Gaudi and marries well with the art works of some Australia's finest glass sculpting artists.
