Hi, I have recently been to the Valley Edge cafe at Cobargo and WOW was i impressed! I'm probably what you call a coffee 'toff' who knows a good brew when he smells one, and the young man behind the coffee machine sure knew his stuff. Most cafe's boast fresh coffee but this was sensational, a real merit to you guys. I was even more surprised when having ordered lunch, i got a plate with the most deliciously presented and tasting paninni I've ever had. And i know my paninni's! Anyway the atmosphere, food and coffee qaulity, along with the friendly happy service made me decide i was sure to go back next time I head through the lovely country town of Cobargo.
