Wow... a true vegetarian restaurant. We've been 5 times now and taken guests 4 out of those 5 times... and our guests were not vegetarian (neither am I but my partner is). The food is exceptional.... not the standard tofu lentil combinations but very smart and tasty combinations of organic vegetables, quality cheeses and oils etc. Last time we met the chef/owner... a vegetarian all his life, he started cooking when he was 5... apparently his mother told him he'd need to learn if he wasn't going to eat what everyone else was eating. Anyway, the food is fantastic. The menu changes and they also do pizzas (although I haven't tried those yet). Cap this with great friendly service and I reckon you've got Byron Bay's best restaurant (and I've dined at many of the "top" ones). If you want a dinner that's seriously a taste sensation... don't go pass this one. (Less)
