We are a recently refurbished site, located in the Caravilla Motor Inn offering an intimate dining experience to both motel guests and the general public and visitors to Taree. We visited this restaurant last night and ordered an eye fillet steak Medium Rare. The steak came out and was cooked to Well Done. There was no pink in the meat at all, and no juice coming out of it. After sending the steak back, the Chef did not even come out to see us, and the very nice waitress informed me the chef assured her the steak was cooked to medium rare. So if you do go to Nosh and expect a Medium rare steak, just ask the chef to wave the meat over the coals for a few seconds, then you may get the steak how you ordered it.
