We frequent Glendale Lonestar every 2-3 months. Last Thurday night (24th April) my family of 5 arrived at 6.30pm. We gave our order by 6.45pm. At 7pm we were given our entree. By 8.15pm we were beginning to think we were forgotten. We expected to get our soup & salads before our meal but we didn't get them at all! When our main meals did come out the steaks were not cooked how we asked. We left by 8.45pm because no-one came to clear the table or bring us the check. We did get $20 off our bill but that's not good enough. Every time we have been there it has been pretty busy but never had this problem before.
