Channel 9's new restaurant reality television show The Chopping Block is now creating a stir in the Sydney and Melbourne restaurant scenes. Each week, the show pits two ailing restaurants against one another to see which can turn itself around, with the help of Aria Head Chef, Matt Moran. The program showcases all the high-tension drama of owning a restaurant, and gives a behind-the-scenes look into the workings of the industry.
