Not Just Milk & Two

Milk & Two café, the chic, casual eatery on Jackson's Landing has just launched their new summer menu. Serious about breakfast and lunch, Milk & Two will be offering a selection of fresh, simple food that will tantalise any taste bud.

The new menu will delight any egg connoisseur, offering three different types of eggs. Choose from free range hen, bio dynamic or duck egg. The breakfast menu offers seven different egg dishes, including eggs Tuscany with smoked salmon, eggs Duxelle with mushrooms and baked eggs with spinach, tomato and feta. There are some light and healthy breakfast options such as Milk & Two's house made toasted muesli with yoghurt or for those with an appetite something more robust will appeal, such as a chorizo, potato, roasted capsicum & herb omelette with rocket and toast. The new lunch menu is perfect for diners wanting seriously great food at a seriously great price. Choose from grade nine braised Wagyu point end brisket with garden pea polenta, balsamic onions and watercress, a mushroom risotto with poached quail eggs and chives or linguini with ricotta, sage & roasted pumpkin. The old favourites such as the 200 gram Wagyu burger and pizzas are still available.

Milk & Two is the relaxed and casual café set on the water's edge in Pyrmont. Situated in the old CSR sugar refinery at Jackson's Landing, it features a comfortable interior dining area and an outside terrace seating area. Just metres from the water it has stunning views across the harbour to Balmain.

Head chef and owner, Greg Anderson trained under Matthew Moran at Aria before heading to the United States where he worked on some of the world's most luxurious private yachts - including Greg Norman's 'Aussie Rules'. He also worked with Thomas Johns at the much-admired Pello restaurant. Breakfast is available until 12 noon and all day on weekends and public holidays. The café is open 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-5pm Friday-Sunday. All meals are reasonably priced with nothing over $20.
