Pre-Christmas Indulgence – December 2007:

For your end of year get-together there's no better place to celebrate than Sheraton on the Park. Enjoy a special lunch or dinner with colleagues or family and friends at the popular Botanica Brasserie. Group packages are also available. Packages start from just $69 per person and include Sheraton's renowned seafood buffet including Tasmanian Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Rock Oysters and King Island Cheeses with traditional Christmas trimmings, such as warm Christmas Puddings and Roast Turkey!

Christmas Eve – Monday 24 December 2007:

The best part of holiday memories is creating new ones! Start a new tradition and enjoy Christmas Eve in Botanica Brasserie. Enjoy a selection of market fresh lobsters, oysters, prawns and smoked Atlantic salmon. Feast on tantalising roast turkey and ham with all the Christmas trimmings plus a variety of salads and hot and cold dishes. Don't forget to leave room for the fabulous desserts on display!

Christmas Day Breakfast - Tuesday 25 December 2007:

Start Christmas Day in style at Botanica Brasserie and treat yourself to a hearty Australian buffet breakfast. Enjoy our renowned Sheraton Buffet laden with all your breakfast favourites plus fresh juices, freshly brewed tea and coffee, seasonal fruits, fruit compotes, breakfast cereals, yoghurt, muesli, parties and oven-fresh breads including the Sheraton Croissant.

Christmas Day with Seafood, Santa and Song:

You will celebrate Christmas in true Sheraton style when you join us for a traditional festive feast at Botanica Brasserie or in the Grand Ballroom. Enjoy a sumptuous seafood buffet complete with all the family favourites plus an array of spectacular desserts including Christmas pudding! Unlimited sparkling, red and white Australian wines, local beers and soft drinks are included. There will be gifts for the children, delivered by Santa and the sounds of Christmas sung by our Carollers for all to enjoy. Groups and large families will be catered for in the elegant surrounds of the Grand Ballroom.

Lunch from 12.30pm to 3.30pm:

Festive Tea Stand in The Gallery Tea Lounge:

Popular for traditional high tea at any time of year, this holiday season The Gallery Tea Lounge will be serving a special Christmas Tea Stand, from the 1st until the 24th December. Featuring Christmas favourites including scones served with Sheraton-made berry preserve and double cream, delicious Christmas morsels, leaf tea, espresso coffee or hot chocolate. Enjoy a Festive Tea Stand for $69* for two adults.

Christmas Day in The Gallery Tea Lounge:

Enjoy the tradition and elegant surrounds of The Gallery Tea Lounge for our special Christmas Lunch including succulent leg ham and turkey carved by our chef, sliced roast meats, roast vegetables, seafood, salads, desserts, French Champagne, beer, premium Australian red and white wine and soft drinks. To spread the good cheer there will be sounds of Christmas sung by our Carollers and a visit by Santa for the young at heart for just $195* per person. Served 12 noon to 3pm.

Wining & Dining on New Years Eve – Monday 31 December 2007:

The Conservatory Bar is the perfect place to welcome in 2008! Featuring live music and dancing, level one of the hotel will come alive with the spirit of New Years Eve celebrations. Countdown from one of Sydney's most exclusive locations and watch the fireworks live from Sydney Harbour on the giant screen. Live music and a dance floor will also provide some great entertainment from our Sheraton DJ (from 10pm til late).

Celebrate with Sydney's most popular seafood buffet at Botanica Brasserie. Your New Year's Eve buffet features an extravagant array of market fresh seafood, garden fresh salads, Chef's specialty hot dishes, indulgent desserts and more.

Early Dining (6pm to 8pm): $99+ per adult (+including a glass of Australian Sparkling Wine) $50 per child
