Patisse, located at the PYD Building (www.pyd.com.au) announces the release of its cooking class program for the 2nd half of 2009.

Past favourites such as French Baking where we learn to bake classics such as tarte tatin, madeleines and chocolate éclairs, are joined by new classes including an evening for those with Gluten Intolerancies and of course classic Christmas baking where you can make your Christmas Treats on the night and take them home for your family to appreciate & enjoy.

All classes are held in the Patisse kitchen for four hours of handson baking with our talented Head Chef. A maximum of ten participants, a glass of wine & a fun group of people ensures that everyone has the opportunity to develop their baking skills and also make new friends. Corporate classes, girls nights or hens parties are welcome.
