The exclusive RU-CO bar at the new Grand Hyatt Melbourne now serves a selection of "tastes" from the food concepts of Collins Kitchen to complement the exciting menu of signature martinis, classic cocktails, and local and imported wines. The current crowd of corporate executives and the social elite can now enjoy a carefully chosen menu featuring everything from cut chips ($8) to mushroom arancini ($12), dim sum ($14) and Sydney Rock oysters ($20), along with many more items from the Deli, Crustacean, Steam and Wok stations of Collins Kitchen.

RU-CO is located in Melbourne's new centre for luxury, Grand Hyatt Melbourne, at 123 Collins Street, Melbourne, accessible from both the Collins Street retail precinct and Beaney Lane. RU-CO is open daily from 5:00pm to late.
