Cup is just around the corner and head chef and owner of sugaroom
restaurant_bar_lounge, Greg Anderson has created a sumptuous three
course lunch so you and your friends can celebrate the day in style.
Guests will be served Moet & Chandon Vintage 2000 champagne and canapés on arrival.
There is a choice of three Entrée’s, mains and desserts with something
to suit every one, from an entrée of Wagyu Carpaccio with figs and
goat’s curd, a main of roasted lamb or barramundi to a dessert with
gold leaf, very decadent!

Guests will be able enter in sweeps and watch the race on a huge plasma TV screen.
Sugaroom, the contemporary waterfront location situated in the old CSR
sugar refinery at Jackson’s Landing features a comfortable interior
dining area and outside terrace with stunning harbour views across the
harbour to Balmain.
