Truly unique menus options include the exquisite Trufas Fritas that are hand made dark chocolate truffles (60% cocoa) covered with very light tempura batter, crumbed and lightly fried. They are a truly heavenly crispy chocolate sensation as you bite through into the top layer of just melted chocolate with the perfectly balanced truffle centre. For the more lavish tastes, San Churro offers a truly extravagant treat. The Trufa del Oro Gift Box is a set of truffles made from single origin Venezuelan chocolate from the criollo tree (regarded as the finest cocoa product in the world), infused with vintage Moet and Chandon champagne and covered in 23 carat edible gold leaf. Quite a statement but when a set of these will set you back a mere $490!
