Sample spring at liquidity waterfront restaurant & bar with extended opening hours

Due to popular demand, liquidity waterfront restaurant & bar has extended its weekend hours to include brunch on both Saturday and Sunday and continues its popular Sunday afternoon sessions.

Nestled under the Anzac Bridge overlooking the Olympic Super Yacht Marina on Rozelle Bay, liquidity is now open from 10.00 am on Saturdays and Sundays throughout spring and summer. Relax and enjoy the sparkling waters and warmer weather with a relaxed and family friendly al-fresco brunch.

Popular Restaurant General Manager, Jason Ratcliffe, said that his local inner west patrons in particular will be delighted with this extended daylight access.

"People love to graze and gaze over the water here. liquidity is one of the few absolute waterfront venues with plenty of outdoor tables and light filled interiors in which to while away the time with friends and family. The easy parking, water taxi access and entertainment for kids and adults add to its popularity for Sydney siders. Now our patrons can choose from brunch, lunch or dinner on Saturdays and brunch on Sundays featuring our popular kids entertainer, or a lazy, long Sunday lunch featuring cool jazz."

The new season menu reflects the restaurant’s focus on contemporary Australian cuisine and fresh produce. Try our succulent Pacific Oysters from our own lease in Tasmania's Esperance Bay, or varietal, specially selected beef cuts from Warwick, Mt Gambier and Armidale. Highlight dishes that profile head chef Ricky Keeley’s Mod-Oz Mediterranean cuisine include
  • Maroochydore swordfish steak char-grilled with artichokes, panzella, prosciutto, ligurian olives and fresh lemon
  • Atlantic salmon , steamed in a paper bag with vongole, semidried tomato, baby fennel, green olives and asparagus
  • Spicy fried Hawkesbury calamari with smoked tomato, chilli and garlic oil
The brunch menu contains local favourites including the liquidity big breakfast of fried or scrambled eggs with pancetta, mushrooms, tomato, pork sausages, lamb cutlet and toasted brioche; and smoked salmon, poached eggs and spinach on sourdough with hollandaise sauce.
