Cockle Bay Wharf's signature dining experience, Coast is proud to announce the introduction of their new menu concept entitled Chef's Market Menu.
Inspired by the concept of offering a value dining option while not sacrificing quality in any way Head Chef, Jonathan Barthelmess wanted to introduce a 'cucina casalinga' option to the dining experience, whereby he cooks from the 'morning's shopping' as an Italian Signora would cook for her family after visiting the markets. These two ideas have married beautifully allowing Coast to offer their new Chefs Market Menu.
The menu is designed to be shared with family and friends and is available for the entire table only, providing a shared experience for everyone to enjoy beautiful seasonal produce. It also offers a delicious alternative for business dining. The menu changes daily, dependant on the freshest pick of produce from the providores.
The menu works differently at Lunch and Dinner. The Lunch Menu provides for a choice of two courses for $39 per person or three courses for $50 per person, served with a sommeliers choice glass of wine. The Dinner menu is 4 courses served to share at the table for $59 per person.
Whether at Lunch or Dinner, The Chef's Market Menu reinforces Coast's strive for excellence and the enjoyment of fine food whilst offering real value to their patrons.
