Located at the new PYD Building (
www.pyd.com.au), patisse combines a retail patisserie/cafe, bespoke wholesale production & cooking class program. The central Atrium is also available for corporate & private events.
Cooking classes, led by Greg Burge, (previously Rockpool Catering & Aqua Dining) cover many aspects of pastry preparation, operate twice monthly & include: four hour hands on class in a new, fully commercial kitchen, recipes & light refreshments (light supper & glass of wine).
All classes are hands on & are limited to a maximum of ten participants to ensure a premium class experience. Bespoke classes can be designed for corporate team building programs on request.
