Fine weather, waterfront views, stunning art and a delicious 3-course feast made for a sensational start to the Autumn Series at liquidity waterfront restaurant yesterday.

Head chef Ricky Keeley served up liquidity's tantalising signature dish, Spicy Fried Hawkesbury Calamari, followed by Maroochydore Swordfish and Crema Catalana for dessert, to celebrate the launch of liquidity's Autumn Series – and tickle the tastebuds, ready for next week's exclusive Matilda Bay Beer Dinner.

The Matilda Bay Beer Dinner will be held on Wednesday March 19. To complement a 4-course feast specially developed by Ricky, Matilda Bay Brewery will treat diners to a selection of its finest local and imported labels, including Beez Neez, Alpha Pale Ale, Bohemian Pilsner and Redback.

Matilda Bay Brewery's host will educate diners on matching fine beers with exceptional cuisine such as Ricky's, at a cost of $95 per person – so make sure you book your seat!

liquidity's Sunday Afternoon Sounds will swing in to action this weekend with the tunes of Hed Kandi DJ Josh Walker, who will treat patrons to his sounds every Sunday afternoon throughout the Autumn Series. What better way to wind down after the weekend next to a backdrop of afternoon waterfront views while enjoying a late lunch, or a Sunday drink and a bite to eat from liquidity's brand new bar menu!

Friday March 28 marks the launch of liquidity's Art Bar, which will feature the vibrant works of emerging and professional local artists from newly opened Art Est. in Leichhardt. A vast selection of pieces will be displayed every Friday evening throughout the Autumn Series, from etchings and collage to acrylics and even painted skateboard decks – as previewed by guests yesterday at the launch!
