Swissotel Sydney is bringing a slice of New Zealand to Sydney with a fortnight of tempting kiwi inspired dishes in both Crossroads Bar and Jpb Restaurant.
From the 4th to 20th of March, Crossroads Bar will feature AUD$25 daily specials including succulent New Zealand mussels and scallops, and Jpb Restaurant's menu will include some fabulous a la carte favourites including Deep Sea Hapuka and Venison.
Diners can also complement their experience with the finest New Zealand wines from the extensive wine loft featuring more than 2000 wines.
The New Zealand menu has been creatively designed and prepared by Swissotel's own resident 'Kiwi' Executive Sous Chef, Glenn Saussey.
