The Lincoln has launched a delicious tapas menu which is ideal for 'after work' drinks. The tasting plates can be matched with a variety of enticing cocktails. The stunning 1920's New York-style venue, based in Kings Cross, offers a relaxing lounge area and is the perfect intimate setting to unwind with friends.
Tantalising tapas plates, created by head chef Richard Duff include:
- House roasted spiced nuts and olives
- Polenta chips with avocado, coriander, tomato and chilli salsa
- Beef, pommelo and cashew eggnet roll with nahm jim
- Rock Oyster with chilli, galangal, corriander and lim
- Sardines 'en escabeche
- Sliced serrano jammon with melon, mint and salad
- Goats cheese stuffed zucchini flowers with sage and pinenut beurre noisette
