The Inner West’s Finest Restaurant Revitalised!

liquidity waterfront restaurant, located just 5 minutes from the city at Rozelle Bay Marina, will be kicking off its Autumn Series in March with new team members, a new menu and a fresh focus for 2008!

Known for its stunning waterfront views and award winning food, liquidity is reinventing itself as a prime entertainment destination and the 'place to be' this Autumn.

Every week there'll be something new and exciting to experience at liquidity, including live music, an art bar, wine and beer dinners, entertainment for the kids, 'Meet the Chef' lunches and more – providing local residents with enough entertainment to last them the whole season!

liquidity's busy agenda of activities will swing in to action on Sunday 9 March with the tunes of UK DJ Josh Walker. Josh will treat guests to his sounds every Sunday afternoon between 3pm and 6pm from 9 March – 25 May. What better way to wind down after the weekend with a late lunch, or a drink and a bite to eat from liquidity's brand new bar menu, sure to get the tastebuds tantalised!

The Autumn Series continues with a 'Meet the Chef' Lunch on 13 March, featuring liquidity's signature three courses by Ricky Keeley, where he will offer cooking tips and reveal his passion behind each dish! The following week, on 19 March, Matilda Bay will host a 4-course Beer Dinner that will treat diners to a selection of local and imported labels and reveal the secrets of matching fabulous food with top beers. The Matilda Bay Beer Dinner is just $95 per person and spaces are limited so reserve your seat early.

28 March marks the first session of liquidity's Art Bar, to be held every Friday evening from 5pm – 7pm until 30 May (excluding 25 April – Anzac Day). The Art Bar will feature the vibrant works of Sydney artists alongside great music. It's a chance to relax, have a drink, mingle at the end of the working week and even purchase some artwork!

Home of the renowned Spicy Fried Hawkesbury Calamari, cooked to a tee every time by head chef Ricky Keeley, liquidity provides the ideal setting for a relaxed meal with family, friends, clients or someone special. The serene waterfront location is mirrored by its menu, which offers the freshest local seafood and hand-selected produce, prepared in a modern Australian style, infused with a Mediterranean influence.

Keep your eye out - each week we will be sending details of what's on. liquidity waterfront restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday – Sunday from 12 noon, dinner Wednesday – Saturday from 6pm and brunch on Sunday from 10am.
