Take a mouth watering journey through Botanica Brasserie and enjoy specialty crab dishes during March

Visit the renowned seafood buffet at Sheraton on the Park's Botanica Brasserie on Saturday nights during March and delve into a delectable array of Crab specialties on top of Chef's usual favourites.

Time and time again guests to Botanica Brasserie enjoy a vast selection of market fresh seafood and now on Saturday nights for the month of March the hotel is offering the opportunity to indulge in an even greater mouth watering journey. The Brasserie is offering a selection of delicious crab dishes including Singapore style Chilli Crab with cold favourites such as Blue Manna Crab and Spanner Crab both sourced locally in Queensland.

The buffet will also include the ever popular Alaskan Crabs cooked fresh in the Wok Bar. Sourced from Alaska, known for its cold clean water and incredible array of marine delicacies - especially its crabs – these King Crab clusters produce large pieces of white meat, brilliantly edged in red and are prized for their delicate flavour, tender texture and as an excellent source of high-quality protein.

Explore an array of sumptuous seafood in Botanica for only $95 per person. Chef's traditional favourites will be there, including Sydney Rock Oysters, Tasmanian Smoked Salmon, Tiger Prawns, Sushi, a Hot Roast Carvery and a divine dessert buffet joined for a limited time by a selection of juicy crab delicacies yielding large quantities of delicate flavours.

Botanica Brasserie is the perfect setting to enjoy your next Saturday night and Chef is definitely the driving force behind the tasty success of its delectable seafood buffet. All dishes are expertly executed with market fresh ingredients enabling him to present the absolute best that seafood has to offer.

The Crab buffet will be available in Botanica Brasserie on 1/3, 8/3, 15/3, 22/3 and 28/3. Botanica Brasserie offers two seatings, one at 6pm and one at 8.30pm.
