You're welcome to come & check out parmesan any time you like, but I guarantee it's not 'Kraft' & never has been. We also have many gluten free options, if you're uncertain you're welcome to ask & a staff member will point these out. A wine cooler is ALWAYS available upon request.

I have now visited Rialto several times at the recommendation of different people and have been disappointed each time. While able to seat us quickly, they have no gluten-free options, provided no wine cooler for our wine (which got warm rather quickly) and for an 'authentic' Italian restaurant not to offer actual parmesan, but to use Kraft "parmesan cheese" in a shaker is an absolute disgrace!
