Everything is prepared on the premises including cakes, dressings and relishes. The constantly changing menu reflects both the seasons and freshly available produce. Whilst the wine list has a good selection from the region. And, as you would expect from a café focussed on quality, the coffee is first rate.

Each and every time i visit Lekker i have the most amazing food and service. Ben and Kim do an excellent job and i will return again and again! A++++++++

My wife was quite happy with this unassuming cafe until 9 April 2010 when she felt that the food had a distinct stale taste. Unlikely to return.

Always exceptional! The poached eggs are always perfect and the hollandaise sauce is fantastic! Lekker is more than the best breakfast in Ballarat, it's the best I've ever had from anywhere. The staff are very friendly and the Chef has perfected cooking.
