Originally from Canberra, owner and chef Ben Willis has worked in a number of world-renowned restaurants including Bennelong in Sydney and michelin starred Chez Bruce in London. The European-influenced menu reflects the chef's international experience and changes regularly to reflect the distinct Canberra seasons and to ensure that the highest quality produce is sourced. Five and seven course tasting menus are available. Open for dinner Monday to Saturday and lunch Tuesday to Sunday.
