I went to the Bullring Restaurant 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic. I had the hazelnut crusted pork and it was amazing, followed by the rose water panna cotta. It was so good, I am still talking about the meal!

Overall it is much like you'd expect a resort hotel (motel) restaurant to be. Positives were the food was tastey and good portions, and the service and atmosphere was excellent. Negatives were the cocktails seemed wrong (perhaps missing an ingredient or two) and we had been expecting a bit more traditional Spanish cuisene - especially as that's how we'd seen it promoted.
