Having eaten at Selene Brasserie many times and sampled all the dishes on the menu, I have to say there are few other restaurants I have eaten at that have made me start loving food that I earlier wasn't too keen on (like the melting salmon salad!) With the menu designed by chef Greg Malouf of Momo restaurant in Melbourne and implemented by Chef Craig Hillus, the food at Selene Restaurant is out of this world! The only thing is that it sits right beside the road and can affect the atmosphere. |
