Perfect!

We have been to the Haig many times, when travelling to Canberra. The food is exceptional, and the service great. I wished we lived in Canberra, because it would be a weekly dining out night for us

Pathetic service. They forgot 2 dishes to our order & were unhelpful when this was pointed out. Over priced for what it is as the food was mediocre at best and pepper overloaded. will never go back and do not wish this experience on anyone else.

It was very disappointing. The starter of garlic prawns (only 4 prawns in serve) the prawns over cooked (mushy) and the rice undercooked (so crunchy inedible). The pasta of the day apart from being bland it had a large plastic shard in it that the chef said came from the packaging (they precook and package individiual serves of pasta).

I have been to Haig twice. Their pasta is to die for, the serving size is not huge but it tastes delicious! I also enjoyed a seafood platter for 2, most of the seafood was deep fried (which i hate) but for what it was, it was good. Service was excellent, staff were lovely.
