Sydney diners now have a classic city restaurant and wine bar with the opening of Sepia in the CBD on 1 May 2009. Sepia is the creative collaboration between two of Sydney's highly regarded food identities – the renowned seafood wholesaler George Costi of De Costi Seafoods and British born Sydney Chef Martin Benn.

We dined at Sepia last weekend and found a short, curly hair in the second course. It was curled around the sushi and my partner had to pull it out of him mouth. Thank you for replacing the meal and the extra wines but no it wasn’t a pleasant experience. What made it worse what the attitude of Vicky (the person who took my complaint). She did not understand why we would want to complain and look for an apology. After all we got to eat at a three hat restaurant, did I know this she asked. Never again! |
