Shhh dont tell anyone but when we camp we sneek away and have a beautiful meal at Shiraz, why cook when you can dine. Best in the Region, nice and warm, easy to get to, tasty food, great service |

We have been going to Shiraz now for a number of years and it is without doubt our favourite restaurant! We have a small family and the staff are friendly and look after all of us. The food is spectacular. Kids meals are actually food, not the deep fried options you usually get at some establishments. The steaks are some of the nicest we've ever eaten and the chocolate fondant rivals desserts that you would find in fine dining city restaurants! |

We stumbled (not literally) across Shiraz walking back to our accommodation after the prospect of a hearty, winter 'pub' dinner at the Ballandean Tavern lost its appeal. Totally glad Plan A failed as we wandered into Shiraz early and were greeted warmly by both the staff and the log fire. A planned simple dinner became a beautiful meal as we were enticed by both menu and wine list. Shiraz is a must in a region that is maturing by the year in its food and wine offering. |

We were there Saturday night after an afternoon of wine tasting. Very relaxing in front of the fire enjoying a glass of sparkling wine, then some excellent food - soup, chicken, steak and fish. Oh, and the brulee and bread and butter pudding was great too. |

We ate at Shiraz Saturday July 10th. The Wagyu beef was cooked medium rare and was delicious. My partner had prawns with wasabe which again was excellent. The service was great with ultra friendly wait staff and the meals came quickly even though the place was reasonably full. We finished with coffee in front of a roaring fire. We'll be back |

Ate at Shiraz on the ANZAC weekend. Delicious. The creme brulee dessert was 'love in a dish'. The wine from a local winery Symphony Hill was a perfect compliment to a beautifully presented lunch. |
