When hubby and I feel like a treat we get BGS. They are defiantly the best burgers around, not to mention the best ever chips and the soul mayo is to die for! Our waiting times have varied from 15 mins to an hour, but this has never been an issue. When you're that good your bound to be run off your feet! My suggestion is to ring and order beforehand :) |

I (and hubby) loved our meals. Excellent taste, fresh ingredients, healthy and we only waited 10 mins between ordering until our food was served. My only criticism is in how the shop is kept. You can see cobwebs in corners and up near the ceiling. A bit of a clean wouldn't go astray. The flowers in the vases were near dead and the vase water was slimy. The building clearly isn't suited to their needs, I'm sure they'd love a bigger kitchen and more seating space. |

We decided to eat in and after waiting 45 minutes we asked where the food was. They then said they would bump us up the que! and it wuld be another 10 minute wait!!! After reluctantly handing our money back we went and had fish & chips at Seaport instead and didn't even wait 10 minutes. NEVER AGAIN BURGER WHO LOST ITS SOUL! |

Waited for 5 mins at the counter while some bint tried to work out how to make a short black. Left without ordering, and apparently without the three staff noticing that customers wanted to order. Maybe it is part of some uber trendy gen-Y service deal??? |

Want a quick feed? Go to McDonalds where you can get a meal in 2 minutes..must be fresh right? LOL If you want QUALITY food made with love go to BGS! Put yourself in their shoes for a night before you whinge, they are constantly under the pump which is why there can be a 1 hour wait sometimes! Keep up the good work guys! Dont like it go to maccas!! |

Love love love Burger Got Soul. Had a long affair with the chick pea burger but we broke up and now Ali G and I are going strong. I do like the odd daliance with a bowl of perfect chips dipped in soul mayo. They do great coffee. As my daughter calls it, "Burger Got Sold", tasting like that course they do. |

We ate here when we came to Launceston from Melbourne for a short holiday. About a year later we booked flights back for the weekend to have them again.
Great burgers, decent price. We had to wait 45 minutes but it was well worth it. |
