I was looking forward to trying Umami only to be disappointed, twice. First the rice was overcooked so much that the roll turned to mush and on the second visit it was undercooked and still crunchy. the fillings were tasty but I didn't finish my lunch on both occasions.
Their raw salmon, tuna and fresh prawn maki rolls keep me coming back. Wish they open on weekends. It can get difficult to find a parking in Margaret St. during weekdays.
