I am always disappointed with this place. I want to love it, as so many Mackay people do, but the food just won't let me. The pasta dishes are always heavy with salt with no accompanying fresh herb highnotes, very mediocre, pizzas are a little better. Meh. |

Haven't tasted everything on their menu. But what dishes my family and I have tasted while dinning in, we felt was dissatisfying nor was it delicious enough to recommend to others or even return too. If not for their pizza's, we wouldn't be customers! Their garlic prawn recipe needs attention, and rethinking your takeaway salads also. |

For me, Sorbellos is like a reliable old friend - great memories and dependable. I have never had a bad meal and the menu is diverse enough for any taste and budget. The only negative I have to say is that my favorite meal was taken off the menu (Bugs con linguine) but that's forgivable. Also, whilst a full restaurant is always a good indicator for quality, because of this, they then to move you on pretty quickly especially on days like valentines day etc. |

Come on this is far from real italian cuisine but what can you expect of a place that looks like a cheap dinner ?I have to say that compared to most other places in Mackay the food is eatable and even has a taste of Europe... But why can't these restaurants improve their atmosphere and train their staff to the minimum service qualities needed to make customers feel like they are taken care of??? The cakes and moreover the tiramisu are a disgrace! stick to pasta and pizza as take away food! |

I feel that the comment/review left by tasmania 2009 was pretty much right with what they said about the decor in Sorbellos. It really does feel a bit cold with no atmosphere, the food is alright but would be better if they kept to their slogan of fresh food. Their pizza is so so. Also please improve the St patricks nutty sunday or remove it off the mocktails menu. Keep trying! :) |

Good food and deadly cocktails but restaurant really needs new decor to lift ambience. Has no real atmosphere and feels a little cold and sterile at the moment. However, it was great to have Mediterranean food that suited Mackay's climate. Recommended if you are in the city. |
