DISGUSTED by rudeness of waitress & her b/friend! After waiting OVER "20 MINS" 2 be served, he was blocking the WHOLE drinks order area & she askd 4 my order & then expected me 2 order OVER THE TOP OF HIS HEAD as he didn't move. l asked if he could move from the service area he said "there's the till, order over there". I said he shouldn't be blocking the area for a casual chat & they both said I rude & waitress said she wouldn't serve me! 20-sumthin yr olds need 2 learn sum RESPECT instead of treating ELDERY CUSTOMERS like sh%t! Never go again

My family and I had Mothers Day lunch at Caffe Primo and the staff were wonderful. We booked a table beforehand and because there were two mothers at the table, they received a little complimentary bag of chocolates. Although the food did take a while to arrive (it was extremely busy that day), the food was delicious. We will definitely be visiting again.

I went there only a few days ago for a friends birthday tea. We were very pleased with the service and the food. However it took a while but never the less it was great quality food. The Drinks were exceptionally well but the cost gosh we spend over 80 dollars between 5 of us.

My fiance, father-in-law and myself went out for tea at cafe primo and were absolutely outraged by the quality. We were okay spending $70 between us for drinks, meals and entrees until the food came out. The gravy was revolting and tasted as though it had been microwaved ten times, my fiance and my schnitzels were not only tiny but bland and cold and left us feeling sick for hours after. My father-in-law had a few mouthfuls of his seafood platter and walked out in disgust. After a long day the hopes of the nice meal we were looking forward to was shattered. Not only were we unable to eat our small portions but were left with food poisoning like symptoms. I will never go the again!
