let down by its service

 ( 7 / 10 ) I visited Segafredo on a Saturday evening. The food here is recommended indeed! Good quality and reasonably good value. The establishment is let down by its service, however, a facet of eating out that's important to me. It was efficient, but it was far too cranky and cold to entice me back.
