Took at least 15 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order. And the place was not busy! No cutlery on the table had to repeatedly ask for cutlery. When given a glass for water the glass was not washed properly and had lipstick all over it. Waited 10 ,I mutes to get a replacement glass again it was not busy. (only 4 couples in the place) food took another half an hour. Instead of bring the food out in one go we were given ours separately in approx 10 minute gaps. Food to be fair was ok but Berwick Thai is much much better and nicer.

Was not impressed when I insisted that I have a MILD dish to receive a dish that I could not consume as it was too spicy hot.
